Installation Instructions
Purlin can be square tube(60mmx40mmx3mm) or C-beam(100mmx50mmx20mmx3mm) or anticorrosive wood square(60x40mm), purlin spacing 660mm, arranged from bottom to top.
The main tile should be installed against the local wind direction. Lap a tile wave, two then at the same time.
When installing the ridge tile, cut off a section of the first ridge tile and then install it.
Positive and diagonal ridge tile installation should be sawed at the overlap, positive and diagonal ridge tile installation is completed, and then install the three tiles.
The fixing parts are special accessories, when fixing, first use the electric drill to open the hole, the diameter of the hole should be 2mm larger than the hook nail screw, self-tapping screws are recommended to use 6.3mm diameter.
